Where appropriate we liaise closely with our colleagues in the Company & Commercial Department and New Media & Entertainment Team when dealing with relevant disputes. Our Property Litigation Team provides specialist advice in landlord and tenant based disputes and disputes involving real property.

Rochman Landau LLP is an international law firm and the Commercial Litigation Department has experience of assisting clients with cross border disputes. We have a particular expertise in international debt recovery. We are members of Rochman Landau LLP’s Offshore Client Group.

In addition to dealing with disputes in the Courts we frequently represent clients in arbitrations and other forms of dispute resolution such as mediation. Three members of the firm are qualified mediators.

On 29 March 2011, the government published its response to the consultation on Jackson LJ's recommendations for reforming civil litigation funding and costs.
