Mediation

Three of our partners are duly qualified and accredited mediators with CEDR, ADR Group and Resolution. Mediations have been undertaken in the fields of property disputes, civil, commercial, employment and family law.

We are members of Law Works and appear on the website of the Property Litigation Association.

Our solicitors are very experienced in attending and dealing with mediations and can call upon the expertise of our three mediators in relation to any ongoing matters. We believe in mediation and have strongly advocated its use for many years, in this instance anticipating the strong guidance that has been given by the Courts. Our approach to mediation is to be firm, clear and principled so that in those relatively unusual cases where the dispute is not resolved through mediation, the process is used to clarify, identify and debate the key issues between the parties which often produces good results at a later stage.
