Contentious Probate

Sometimes, when a person has died, disputes may arise in relation to the distribution of their estate. A dispute may occur for a number of reasons, for example because there is a doubt as to the validity of the will, or maybe because a family member has been left out of the Will, or has not been provided for sufficiently, and wants to challenge the will.

Our Contentious Probate Team is experienced in dealing with such disputes, and have acted for both executors and beneficiaries. We aim to deal with the resolution of such disputes in an efficient and cost-effective manner, as we are aware that such disputes often have the potential to cause much distress to the families involved.
