Mergers and Acquisitions

We act for both sellers and acquirers (private, strategic and institutional) in respect of transactions in the £1,000,000 to £100,000,000 deal space, although the bulk of our transactional activity is in the £1,000,000 to £30,000,000 space.

Working together with corporate finance advisors, accountants and tax advisors we aim to bring technical expertise and strong transaction management skills to any team with a focus on “getting the deal done”, with a commercial apportionment of risk between buyers and sellers.

Our corporate finance experience enables our team to act for strategic and institutional acquirers or private vendors negotiating disposals to sophisticated acquirers.

We regularly act as lead counsel in cross-border transactions and often lecture in respect of our experiences.
