Stephen qualified in December 1975 and has practised in the City and the West End.

He has acted in a broad range of commercial and residential property matters.

Before joining Rochman Landau, Stephen had established his own property based legal firm after training in the City.

He concentrates on commercial property work with an emphasis in the field of secured lending, landlord and tenant as well as general investment and development, sales and purchases.

He also deals with residential property one highlight of which was a £17 million acquisition adjacent to Lord’s Cricket Ground.

Stephen acts for a wide range of clients including individual (high net worth and otherwise) as well as banks, property developers and property investors.

Stephen lists as his outside interests Arsenal Football Club, family, cinema and theatre but gives no order of priority.
