Reena Gokani – Solicitor

Reena joined Rochman Landau in 2007 and specialises in Corporate and Commercial Law.

Her main focus is on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, management buy-outs and management buy-ins, joint ventures, shareholder arrangements, partnerships as well as acting for companies and individuals on commercial matters of all types.

Reena’s experience is spread across a variety of industry sectors including acting for both management and target companies in the technology, pharmaceuticals, telecoms, IT, retail and leisure sectors.

Reena is a member of the Association of Asian Women Lawyers and is a fluent speaker in Gujarati, Hindi and Punjabi.
